Project description: This work camp is organized in cooperation with Youth Centre of Ruma network organization consisting of:  Ruma City Theatre, Scouts, Literature Youth, Art association, Society of multimedia avangard, Cancer prevention society and JAZAS youth-society for AIDS prevention. 
Fruska Gora Mountain surrounded by numerous monasteries and protected areas of nature. Ruma City Theatre is establisher of the Trema festival (www.tremafest.co.yu) which is in the end of the March happening in Ruma for the 10th time. This international theater festival of multicultural activities and youth projects offers numerous entertaining and educative programs. Good results from the workcamp organized last year encouraged organizers to continue tradition and organize it this year for the second time.

Work: Preparation of the 12th Trema Fest, video production and production of affirmative performance which will be presented for Ruma Fair and afterwards on the opening at Trema Fest in March 2009. The work will include making masks costumes and requisite from primary and secondary materials. Making a photo exibition, making final performances, making a movie about the camp, and many more different things. Eco worckshops will be preparation of location where we will estabilsh Park of multi – culture. The work will include cleaning the location seeding flowers, planting trees and composting.

Accommodation: Part board at the Youth Center and part will be camping. Sleeping bag is necessery. All meals will be supplied at the center. Accommodation and food will be arranged in Youth Center.

Studypart: Study subject at the camp will be organised in the following areas: introduction, teambuilding and process leading workshops, cultural exchange workshops, photo sessions, workshops for making strips, workshops for dee jay’s  and sport activities. Also camp leaders will organise some concerts and excursions. Ethno house in Jazak, locations within the national park of Fruska gora (monasteries+ Sirmium) visiting cultural institutions in Novi Sad and Belgrade. Theatrical museum of Vojvodina, The Museum of stage-craft of Serbia, Cultural institute of Vojvodina, Provincial secretariat for culture and education, Provincial Youth Secretariat, Voluntereers center of Vojvodina-Pokret Gorana and State of Exit – Petrovaradinska Tvrdjava

Location: Ruma, a small town near Novi Sad and 60km from Belgrade.

What to bring: Motivation letter obligatory. Volunteers which study or want to do some similar work can bring their work, ideas, etc. Music instrument that you can play, recipes of the meals from your cuisine or whatever you find interesting and representative of your country (souvenirs, prospects, postcards, discs…) for the international evening.
