Project description: Nursery - garden “Brest” situated in eastern part of Stara Pazova, small town located 32 km north-western from Belgrade. Nursery - garden “Brest” became by Nature Conservation Movement Stara Pazova with support of municipality Stara Pazova. Main aim of this project is production of many different kinds of decidious tree and evergreen tree for greenness and afforestation public greenfields and small village areas.

Work: Volunteers will work on arranging and revitalization of Nursery - garden “Brest” and town park of Stara Pazova. The introduction of ethno-ecology characteristics of municipality Stara Pazova. Volunteers also will introduce natural and traditional values of municipality Stara Pazova. They will contribute development of eco-tourism in Stara Pazova. Volunteers will work in ecological workrooms, creative workrooms in ethno-camp and they will have free activities.

Accommodation and food: Volunteers will be lodged in pansion “Sunce”, located in Stara Pazova. They will use beds, showers and toilets. No need for sleeping bags. All meals will be served in the pansion.

Location: Stara Pazova, 40 km from Novi Sad, 32 km from Belgrade.

Study part: Located between Novi Sad and Belgrade, near Danube river, you will have many opportunities for visits and excursions for discovering treasures of this lovely small town and its sights. There is ornithological station “Petrinci”, cultural and historical castle “Slos”, old agricultural buildings – “kotobanje”. You will visit traditional holiday in Stara Pazova – “St. Ilija Day”.
